1. Err 01
Problem: There is a problem with the communication between the camera and the lens
Solution: Clean the electrical connector on the camera body (red box area in the image) slowly, as well as on the lens, clean using a clean and dry cloth

Several things you need to pay attention to when cleaning the connectors on the camera and lens:
- Use a dry cloth, do not use a wet cloth
- Do not touch the connector directly with your hands because this can cause corrosion and result in the camera not being able to be used
- When cleaning the lens connector, be careful not to damage the lens glass
2. Err 02
Problem: The camera cannot access the memory card
Solution: Remove and reinsert the memory card, format the memory using the menu on the camera. If the error still occurs, you can use another memory card.
If it works with another memory card, it's possible there's a problem with the connector on the memory card, but if it still doesn't work, it's possible there's a problem with the connector on the camera.
You can clean the problematic connector using a dry cloth and check whether there are any skews.
3. Err 03
Problem: Too many folders on the memory card
Solution: Copy all files on the memory card to the computer, format the memory card.
4. Err 04
Problem: Photos/Videos cannot be saved because the memory card is full
Solution: Delete photos or videos that are no longer used, or you can move them to your computer and format your memory card. But if after formatting the error message Err 04 still appears, try using another memory card.
5. Err 05
Problem: The built-in flash on the camera cannot go up/out
Solution: You can check the springs on the built-in flash, buttons and the surrounding area to see if anything is stuck. You can also lubricate the flash hinge with a cotton bud smeared with cooking oil, vaseline, or kerosene. If the hinge is flexible, try turning off the camera and turning it on again, see if the flash can be removed.

6. Err 06
Problem: The sensor cleaning process is not possible
Solution: Turn off the camera, try turning it on again
7. Err 10
Problem: There is a file that is detected that cannot be opened on the memory card or is malfunctioning
Solution: Turn off the camera, remove and reinstall the camera battery, try turning your camera back on.
